9/5/2008 - Update - This post was from our previous attempt to start a blog, way back in November of 2007. We were thinking of deleting it, but it is such a great picture of Benjamin, we decided to leave it in.Yesterday was Benjamin's first day of Daycare. Things went pretty well and everyone at the center was very nice. As expected, it was hard for mom and dad to leave little Benjamin with what are really strangers, but the staff was understanding of what is probably a pretty standard "First Day" routine for new parents (all the questions, not wanting to leave, etc).
The day was a short one for Benjamin since he was brought in late and picked up early - figured we break him in easy to his new home away from home. He seemed to do fine and even had a pretty good night back at home with the folks.
Here's hoping for more good days than bad at daycare.
